RANDOLPH E. ROGERS, CPA

Partner

Randolph E. Rogers - Randy joined the firm in 1985 and has been a Partner since 1990. Randy's areas of expertise include advising business and individual clients in accounting, tax and general financial matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Randy practiced public accounting in a large regional accounting firm in Boston.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Rollins College, as well as a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts- Amherst. Randy is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Ed Suleski

EDWARD J. SULESKI, JR., CPA

Partner

Edward J. Suleski, Jr. – Ed joined the firm as Principal in 1994 and has been a Partner in the firm since 1999. In addition to accounting and tax services for businesses and individuals, he is very interested in small business planning and management.

Ed practiced public accounting in a large regional public accounting firm in Boston, and, prior to joining RSA, held a variety of financial positions with Wang and Timberland.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an MBA from Babson College. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Jim Deluca

JAMES J. DELUCA, CPA, MST

Tax Principal

James J. DeLuca - Jim joined the firm as Principal in 2013. Jim's areas of interest include researching and developing tax strategies to help individuals and businesses minimize taxes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jim had over 20 years of local and regional accounting firm experience providing tax planning, strategy, and compliance services for small to medium sized businesses and individuals in a variety of industries and situations.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Northeastern University, as well as a Master's Degree in Taxation from Bentley University. Jim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Patricia Smith

STEPHEN N. COMEY, CPA

Audit Manager

Stephen N. Comey – Stephen joined the firm in 2016. His area of interest includes principally compilation, review and auditing of small businesses, non-profits, and Employee Benefit Plans.  He also provides audit and accounting workshops for our professional staff.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen had over 15 years of experience in public and private accounting.  His professional background includes serving as a Controller with a large organization, managing audit and tax engagements in public accounting, and working as an internal auditor with a multinational financial services company.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from Suffolk University.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Traci Grady

TRACI L. GRADY, EA

Traci L. Grady - Traci joined the firm in 2000. Her areas of interest include business and individual tax compliance, business accounting and auditing, and accounting systems.

Prior to joining the firm, Traci practiced private accounting with a large property management company.

She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College and has been designated as an Enrolled Agent authorized to practice before the IRS.

Traci Grady

ANDREA J. ALEGRE

Andrea J. Suarez Alegre – Andrea joined the firm in 2014.  Her areas of interest include corporate accounting and tax preparation, individual tax preparation, tax compliance and planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrea was an accountant for a local CPA firm for five years, focusing on corporate tax and accounting for small to medium-sized businesses in various industries.

Andrea is fluent in Spanish and volunteers at a nonprofit organization for the development of Latino professionals in MA.

She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Fitchburg State College.

Patricia Smith

JONATHAN A. HARTLINE, CPA

Jonathan A. Hartline – Jonathan joined the firm in 2016.  His areas of interest include audit and accounting matters facing small-to-medium sized businesses.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan had 11 years of experience in public accounting with both local and regional public accounting firms.  He has a wide range of experience in auditing, tax and accounting services for businesses, organizations, and individuals.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Worcester State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration - Finance from Nichols College.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Arthur Kelleher

ARTHUR V. KELLEHER

Arthur V. Kelleher - Arthur joined the firm in 2009 with 10 years of experience assisting clients in the areas of accounting, tax compliance and tax planning. Arthur has worked with closely held businesses, non-profits and individuals in the real estate, professional service and retail industries. He consults with clients on a variety of business and tax matters including entity selection, compensation issues, projections, and planning opportunities.

Prior to joining RSA, Arthur was associated with a local CPA firm and the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Arthur holds an undergraduate degree from Providence College and a JD from Suffolk Law School.

Mohinder K. Ahluwalia

MOHINDER K. AHLUWALIA

Mohinder K. Ahluwalia - Mohinder joined the firm in 2008. His areas of interest center around small business operations and individual taxation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mohinder worked for another local CPA firm servicing individuals and small businesses. He has also worked as a senior management team member for a mid-sized retail business, and has owned and operated a fine dining establishment in Boston's Theater District. His background also includes 10 years of audit and accounting experience with a mid-sized CPA Firm in India.

Mohinder has a Bachelor's in Economics from Delhi University, and an MBA from Boston University.

Patricia Smith

CASEY R. PAYNE

Casey R. Payne – Casey joined the firm in 2016. His areas of interest include primarily tax services for individuals and small businesses.

Prior to joining the firm, Casey spent a number of tax seasons working in his family’s CPA firm, focusing on preparing individual and corporate income tax returns.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management, during which he interned in the audit department of a national CPA firm.

PATRICIA A. SMITH

Patricia A. Smith - Patty joined the firm in 2005 to support a number of our accounting, bookkeeping and payroll clients on a part-time basis.

Prior to joining RSA, Patty had fifteen years of accounting experience, most recently as the controller for a small technology client.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in accounting from Springfield College.

Robin O'Connor

ROBIN D. O'CONNOR

Robin D. O'Connor - Robin joined the firm in 1992. Her areas of expertise include bookkeeping, payroll and tax compliance services for business and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Robin served as bookkeeper for a variety of small businesses.

Sheila Carlson

SHEILA A. CARLSON

Administrative Manager

Sheila A. Carlson - Sheila joined the firm in 2009. She worked in the staffing industry for 25 years before joining RSA.  She had extensive administrative experience in administrative support, office management and client service.  As Administrative Manager for the firm, she is responsible for overseeing all administrative operations as well as support to the partners, management and staff of the firm.

Christy Powers

CHRISTINE M. BLOCK

Administrative Assistant

Christine M. Block – Christy joined the firm in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the administrative function of a property management company.  Christy is responsible for the firm's billing and accounts payable functions, as well as playing a large role in the processing of financial statements and tax returns.

Christy Powers

SUSAN M. CONWAY

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Susan M. Conway – Sue joined RSA in 2014 as an addition to the Administrative Staff.
As Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, Sue’s role encompasses front-office responsibilities, as well as providing administrative support to the professional staff and assisting with processing tax returns.

Prior to joining the firm, Susan worked with a local CPA assisting with bookkeeping as well as corporate and individual tax clients.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance from Bentley University.
